Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of usemyai.net and the services offered by The Prime Strategy LLC, doing business as Use My AI ("we," "us"). By using the site or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We set up and manage AI front-desk systems for local businesses, including AI receptionists, missed-call text-back, review requests, websites, follow-up automation, and related services. Specific services, fees, and setup terms are described in the written order or service agreement you sign with us. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly. Plans have a 3-month minimum term, then continue month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel. One-time setup fees are stated in your order. Usage-based costs (such as calls, texts, and AI minutes beyond plan allowances) may be billed as described in your order.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, to obtain any consents required to contact your own customers, and to use the services in compliance with applicable laws, including telemarketing, text messaging, and privacy laws (such as the TCPA) and the rules of carriers and platforms.

Text Messaging Program

Use My AI (The Prime Strategy LLC) offers text message notifications and communications. By opting in you consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help or reach us through the Contact page. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

No guarantees of results

AI systems can make mistakes. We do not guarantee call volume, bookings, reviews, rankings, or revenue. We will configure, test, and maintain the services as described in your order.

Intellectual property

We retain rights in our templates, configurations, and know-how. You retain rights in your business content and data. Upon termination you may export your contact data.

Termination

Either party may terminate as described in your order. We may suspend services for non-payment or misuse.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

Massachusetts law governs these terms. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
