Use My AI is a brand of The Prime Strategy LLC ("Use My AI," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect on usemyai.net and through our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information collected automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, IP address, and cookies or similar technologies used for analytics and site functionality. Information from the services we run for clients: call recordings, transcripts, messages, and appointment data processed on behalf of our business clients. For that data we act as a service provider to the client.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, schedule and run walkthroughs, and deliver our services. To send appointment confirmations, reminders, service notifications, and, with separate consent, marketing messages. To improve our website and services, and to meet legal obligations.

SMS/Text messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Use My AI (The Prime Strategy LLC) about your inquiry, appointment reminders and confirmations, and account and service notifications. Where you have separately opted in, we may also send occasional marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help or contact us using the details below. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

No sharing of mobile information

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for service providers acting on our behalf to deliver the messages.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, CRM and messaging platforms, calendar and payment processors), when required by law, or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.
